The older generation often struggle in a new world that grows more techy each day. In this idea, Trust helps them get more tech savvy with uniquely designed learning spaces in areas they already frequent.
How it works
In places where the Silver Generation go, such as Chinatown complex, Ang Mo Kio, Redhill, there will be booths with learning tables that have LED screens as the surface.
These screens will play easy to understand video tutorials on the most useful apps - including the Trust app, products and services. Called Teach Me Tech by Trust, these comfy, sound-proof booths will also have wi-fi and charging pods.
Why it works
Teach Me Tech by Trust aligns to the brand's mission to serve all in Singapore through digital banking by helping older, less tech-savvy customers embrace technology.
